Presence is the physical Root Chakra (Family\/Foundation) meeting the emotional Root Chakra (Grounding). When these energies meet within the multidimensional chakra grid you wake up to what&#8217;s right in front of your face. Today I had to go back to sleep because I didn&#8217;t understand and my mind was trying too hard to create something that wasn&#8217;t there. My body knew exactly what it needed at the moment. Sometimes I get bored because life isn&#8217;t moving fast enough so I will jump in the car to grab food or go to a store because its more exciting than waiting for life to show up&#8230; What happened if we simply sat in each moment and allowed it to bring us the meaning and awareness that we needed. So many times we try to escape from these moments because they make us feel out of control so we create something for ourselves to escape within.
